New Delhi: In a bizarre incident, Australian camp celebrated Mathew Wade's gritty fifty on Day 1 of the fourth and final Test against India little too early in Dharamsala Saturday.

Caught in camera, Aussie cricketers including skipper Steve Smith applauded their player in the centre for the mini-milestone when Wade found a boundary in the 82nd over.

Unluckily for him, it was adjudged leg-byes.

Wade went on to make a good 57 off 125 balls to help the Aussies to 300.
