New York: Will Smith has voiced his support for President Obama for his stance on gay marriage. He said that the question of whether gay people should be allowed to legally marry is “about semantics.”
“If anybody can find someone to love them and to help them through this difficult thing that we call life, I support that in any shape or form,” a leading daily has quoted the 43-year-old rapper turned actor as telling reporters in Berlin on Monday.
He said that the president’s support for gay marriage was a “brave” move in an election year. Smith is in Berlin to promote his new film ‘Men in Black III’ that premieres in Germany on Monday.
