Chery Cole`s rape threat suspect arrested

London: A teenager has been arrested in connection with an alleged rape threat aimed at pop star Cheryl Cole.Police launched an investigation in March after British TV host Dermot O`Leary alerted cops to a sexually threatening voice message left on his phone targeting Cole.

O`Leary stars alongside the `Girls Aloud` beauty on Simon Cowell`s talent show `The X Factor`, The Sun online reported A 17-year-old was arrested on suspicion of malicious communication and later released on bail. Cole`s representative previously confirmed the star was aware of the message, but had not listened to it. PTI
