LFW: Sailex`s `Garden Safaria` shows military influences

Mumbai: Designer Sailex`s collection showcased Sunday at the Lakme Fashion Week (LFW) Summer-Resort 2013 was inspired from the military. The designer said that he usually doesn`t like naming his lines but decided to name this one ‘Garden Safari’.

"My line has military and safari influences. I generally don`t name my line but I decided to call this one `Garden Safari`," he told the media. The show started with a great energy as the models walked to a peppy number. The clothes included pants, jackets, high waisted shorts, short dresses and gowns. A rose motif was used deliberately on the clothes to give then a more feminine look. "I have used rose motif on the garments. There are manly masculine silhouettes and I have used rose to make them look feminine," Sailex said. IANS
