Gallagher donates `Roll With It` platinum disc

Gallagher has donated his platinum disc `Roll With It` to a school.

London: Former Oasis lead guitarist Noel Gallagher has donated his platinum disc for classic single `Roll With It` to school in Manchester.

The ‘Bizarre Lord’ has signed the plaque, which goes up for auction, reports a daily. It was originally handed to Noel in 1995 when the song sold more than 200,000 copies, despite being beaten to No 1 by BLUR`s ``Country House.`` Proceeds go to the Lancasterian School in Manchester, which looks after pupils with a range of physical and medical disabilities.
