Dhaka: When citizens of Dhaka celebrated Eid al-Adha with gusto on a rainy Tuesday they had little idea what was in store for them – blood streams across streets in the city.
Intermittent rains since early in the morning had led to water logging in many areas given the pathetic state of drainage in the city and with people
