Code violation case against Kaiser, Lovely

Madhepura: Cases have been lodged
against state Congress Chief Choudhary Mehboob Ali Kaiser and
another Congress nominee Lovely Anand charging them with
violating the model code of conduct for elections, official
sources said.

Sub-divisional Police Officer Gajendra Prasad Singh said
the cases were lodged against Kaiser who is contesting the
poll from Simri Bakhtiarpur and Lovely Anand who is in the
fray from Alamnagar.

The cases were registered against them with Uda
Kishanganj and Chausa police stations for landing their
helicoptors far behind the time stipulated by the authorities
at both the places for addressing election meetings, Singh
said.
