Stallone recreating Gadar scene is no big deal: Sunny Deol

New Delhi, April 01: While the rest of the film industry is buzzing about the famous hand pump wielding scene from `Gadar` recreated by Hollywood legend Sylvester Stallone in `Kambakkht Ishq`, Bollywood`s original action hero Sunny Deol just wonders what the hype is about. "If they recreate a scene from `Gadar`, they are obviously trying to cash in on the film`s success, on the other hand it`s great that Stallone, an action legend is recreating the scene. But on second thought it`s no big deal," Deol said in an interview.

The son of Bollywood legend Dharmendra, who gained mass popularity as Bollywood`s own `He-man` was in town to launch a fitness club, generating huge crowds keen to catch a glimpse of their own `Sunny paji`. Deol who was last seen in the multi starrer `Heroes`, is currently busy with his directorial venture `The Man` which will be a home production under the banner of `Vijayta Films`. He had earlier directed `Dillagi` in 1999 and is returning to direction after a decade. "The decision to turn director was not pre-planned. `Dillagi` happened because I liked the story and it is the same with `The Man`. The story came to me and I decided to direct it. "I started work on it a year ago and I hope it will be a good film," said Deol refusing to divulge further details about the film. Bureau Report
