Reliance Chairman and MD Mukesh Ambani's youngest son Anant Ambani became one of the top trends on Twitter as his 'new look' pictures are going viral on various social media platforms.
Anant has lost 108 kgs, that too in just 18 months, according to a report in Bombay Times.
Reportedly, he lost weight in the most natural and safest way possible.
Anant followed a strict diet and exercised for five-six hours every day.
Daily routine
His daily routine included a 21-km walk, followed by yoga, weight training, functional training and high-intensity cardio exercises.
Also, he stuck to a zero-sugar, low-carb diet.
