Health is wealth, says fit Miranda Kerr

Supermodel Miranda Kerr says her toned body is a result of hard work, and believes being healthy and happy is more important than fame and riches.

Los Angeles: Supermodel Miranda Kerr says her toned body is a result of hard work, and believes being healthy and happy is more important than fame and riches. "When you are working 16 to 17 hours, you need to know how to take care of yourself or you will fall off the wagon. I know its cliché, but I feel health is wealth," contactmusic.com quoted Kerr as saying.
The 29-year-old, who gave birth to son Flynn in January last year, says she follows a strict exercise regime of yoga and Pilates to help keep her baby weight off. "I was lucky for a while there, I just did yoga. Now I`m exercising a whole lot more, but it`s for my job," she said. IANS
