New Delhi: British astronaut Tim Peake has always stunned his social media followers with the beautiful images of our planet taken from space.

Tim Peake, who is currently aboard the International Space Station (ISS) has been sharing many breathtaking pictures and timelapse videos of the Earth from ISS.

Recently, he shared spectacular timelapse video of thunderstrom on his social media account on April 21, 2016 and captioned,'This #thunderstorm covered a large part of our view of Earth! #timelapse'.
