New York, Mar 30: A small group of protesters gathered outside CBS Saturday to urge the network not to broadcast The Master's golf tournament at Augusta National, which doesn't allow women to become members.
Less than a dozen people handed out flyers and held signs at the corner of 52nd Street and Sixth Avenue in mid-town Manhattan. Demonstrators included members of the National Organization for Women and City Councilman Oliver Koppell.

Some wore T-shirts with the CBS logo that read "Continues Broadcasting Segregation." A CBS Sports spokeswoman could not be reached for comment.

Earlier this week, several city council members introduced a resolution condemning Augusta National and asking CBS not to broadcast the tournament.
The resolution will not be voted on until the city council's next meeting next month.

The Masters will be held from April 10th to April 13th.
