Glam up hair with chic accessories

Mumbai: Designer Sannam Chopra, whose collection has been worn by the likes of Vidya Balan, Kangana Ranaut and Shraddha Kapoor, has now launched a new range of uber chic hair accessories targetting city girls who get little time for hair care.

To give you that perfect look, Chopra has come up with some of the trendy hair bands inspired by the picturesque mountains and natural habitats. "No matter you have a long or cropped look, a hair accessory always gives an edge to your ensemble. The accessory line is inspired from patterns of mountains, water elements and scenes," she said in a statement. "The pieces would be the underlying structure of the rock garden, which showcases different elements like textured metal, crystals and wood," she added. The designer forayed into accessory designing in 2008 with her label Embellish. Her objective was to introduce an array of jewellery with a modern sensibility and she feels that her latest collection follows the same theme. "The collection could adorn your lovely tresses and add to your glamour quotient. It`s not only a beautiful accessory but also gives you young and feminine touch," she said. The price range of the hair bands starts from Rs.1,500 and the bands are available at the designer`s store. IANS
