In a horrific instance, a lady has claimed that a man masturbated while looking at her in South Mumbai on Monday morning. The man fled as soon as he was confronted.

Mumbai: In a horrific instance, a lady has claimed that a man masturbated while looking at her in South Mumbai on Monday morning. The man fled as soon as he was confronted.
However, Maryanna Abdo, a writer by profession, decided to fight on and took to Twitter to catch the perpetrator.
Abdo had clicked a photo of the man before a couple of passersby came to help but the man ran away.

Twitteratis have expressed shock and disgust over the incident.
The Chief Minister's Office in Maharashtra has also responded to Abdo's tweets.
