IPL 2021: Most explosive batting line-ups in T20 league
Virat Kohli's Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have bolstered their batting firepower with the addition of 'Big Show' Glenn Maxwell to their batting line-up for Rs 14.25 crore at the IPL 2021 auction held in Chennai on Thursday (February 18). That means RCB will have a batting line-up featuring Kohli himself, AB de Villiers and Maxwell to send shudders down any bowling attack's spine. However, other franchises like IPL 2020 champions Mumbai Indians and runners-up Delhi Capitals are not far behind. We take a look some of the most explosive batting line-ups in IPL 2021 with new additions after the auctions.
David Warner, Jonny Bairstow and Kane Williamson (SRH)

Ben Stokes, Chris Morris and Jos Buttler (RR)
Rajasthan Royals bought Chris Morris for Rs 16.25 crore to bolster their batting and bowling might. RR already have the power-packed English duo of Ben Stokes and Jos Buttler who had strike-rates of 142 and 144 respectively in IPL 2020. AB de Villiers, Glenn Maxwell and Virat Kohli (RCB)
RCB have added Glenn Maxwell to their line-up which already boasted of Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers. The South African De Villiers was the leading run-scorer for RCB in 2020 with a strike-rate of over 158 while Kohli tallied the second-most with the willow. Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya and Kieran Pollard (MI)

Shikhar Dhawan, Rishabh Pant and Steve Smith (DC)
Delhi Capitals have signed up Steve Smith for Rs 2 crore at the IPL 2021 auctions. Smith will join the likes of Shikhar Dhawan and Rishabh Pant in the Capitals team this season.
