New Delhi: MS Dhoni is among the most unorthodox cricketers in the world. Be it with the bat or gloves behind the stumps, India's limited-overs skipper always adopts his unique ways to execute things.

His 'helicopter' shot is already part of cricketing folklore, as are his shrewd captaincy tactics.

The 34-year-old is a cunning operator in his role as a wicketkeeper as well.

His quick thinking and application with the gloves won India that crucial match against Bangladesh in the WT20.

On Sunday, Mahi showed more brilliance behind the stump using his leg and not hands to good effect.

Anticipating a late cut from Manan Vohra, the Rising Pune Supergiants captain stuck out a leg in advance and prevented the ball from running to the boundary.

While his side may have lost the match, Dhoni deserves full marks for this piece of innovation that no coach can teach.
