Virat Kohli is Google India's most searched sportsman in 2015, beats Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and MS Dhoni

New Delhi: India's Test skipper Virat Kohli achieved another milestone after becoming the most searched Indian sportsman in 2015.

According to reports, Kohli beat the likes of famous sports celebrities that includes likes of Lionel Messi (Barcelona), Sachin Tendulkar (Legendary cricketer), MS Dhoni (ODI skipper) and Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid) on Google India in 2015. The list also includes tennis stars Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer.

Kohli's luck has been riding well after registering two successive Test series victories. Interestingly, former India cricketer Sachin Tendulkar dominated the search, due to his involvement in the Cricket All-Stars series.

India's tennis Grand Slam sensation Sania Mirza is the only woman on the list.
