WhatsApp to allow users to pause voice recording for shorter, clearer messages

Users will not be forced to stop their current recording and start a new one with the new tool. The voice recording capability first surfaced in WhatsApp for iOS. WhatsApp users will continue to record voice notes in the same manner as before, but there will be a new pause button in the centre.
