Zomato Pro stops new sign ups, renewals as firm plans new premium plan

Zomato sent a message to users who attempted to renew their expired Pro membership. Zomato Pro membership was introduced in 2020, while the Zomato Pro Plus membership was introduced in 2021. For those who are unaware, the Zomato Pro programme was launched to replace Zomato Gold.

Zomato incorporates Zomato Payments to offer payment gateway services

The incorporation has been done to carry the business of providing payment aggregator services and payment gateway services. Shares of Zomato Ltd closed at Rs 138.30 per scrip on BSE, down 0.79 per cent from its previous close. Zomato Pro Plus membership has been launched for select users.
