Budget 2021 లో పలు ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్ ఉత్పత్తులపై ట్యాక్సులను సవరిస్తూ కేంద్రం నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. బడ్జెట్ 2021లో సవరణల కారణంగా వచ్చే ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో కొన్నిరకాల Home appliances, electronic gadgets వస్తువులు ఖరీదు పెరిగే అవకాశం ఉంది. అయితే ఇంకొన్ని రకాల గృహోపకరణాలు, ఉత్పత్తుల ధరల్లో మాత్రం ఎటువంటి మార్పులు ఉండకపోవచ్చు.

బడ్జెట్ 2021లో పిసిబిఎ, కెమెరా మాడ్యూల్స్, కనెక్టర్లపై Import duty ని పెంచినట్టు కేంద్రం స్పష్టంచేసింది. ఫలితంగా బడ్జెట్ స్మార్ట్‌ఫోన్‌లపై స్వల్ప మొత్తంలో ధరలు పెరిగే అవకాశం ఉంది. అయితే, హై ఎండ్ కెమెరాలు, మంచి ఛార్జింగ్ ఫీచర్లు, కనెక్టర్లు కలిగిన ఖరీదైన స్మార్ట్ ఫోన్స్‌కి మాత్రం ఇంకొంచెం ఎక్కువ మొత్తంలో వెచ్చించక తప్పేలా లేదు.

AC compressors పై సుంకం 12.5% నుండి 15% కి పెరిగింది. ఏసీ కంప్రెషర్లపై Duty పెంపు కారణంగా AC prices పెరిగే అవకాశం ఉంది.
