Taylor Swift reminded of ex-flames by perfumes

London: Country sweetheart Taylor Swift says that there are perfumes which leave her sad as they remind her of the ex-boyfriends who left her heartbroken. The `Love Story` hitmaker says that certain fragrances bring back past memories and she wears them when nostalgic, Contactmusic reported.

"Different smells bring different relationships to mind for me. I`d put on Abercrombie 8 to remember when I was in ninth grade and had my first boyfriend, because he gave me that. The coolest girl in school wore Britney Spears Fantasy, and I had to copy her," the singer said. Swift, who has been linked to Taylor Lautner and John Mayer in the past also gave away the name of one fragrance which reminds her of heartbreak, although she didn`t exactly disclose who is behind it. "Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue is still a difficult one for me to smell," said the 20-year-old singer. However, the singer who is reportedly dating actor Jake Gyllenhaal claimed that she is still waiting for the right person who could possibly distract her from the painful memories she associates with certain scents. "Maybe one day this guy will replace my bad memories of the cologne with good ones. In a perfect world," she added. PTI
