Vaibhavi Merchant’s `Taj Express Travelling Musical` premiered in Mumbai

Bollywood actors welcomed India`s first commercial theatre presentation `Taj Express` as the premiere of the musical was held in Mumbai.

Mumbai: Bollywood actors welcomed India`s first commercial theatre presentation `Taj Express` as the premiere of the musical was held at NCPA in Mumbai on Sunday.

The musical has been composed by Bollywood choreographer Vaibhavi Merchant and directed by her younger sister, Shruti Merchant. The musical has portrayed various dance forms, including the South Indian Kooth, Shiva`s Tandav and Maharashtra`s Lavani. Bollywood actors were present to support the sister duo.Most of them expected the performance to be a grand affair. ANI
