Washington: Halle Berry’s alleged stalker has pleaded not guilty to charges of felony stalking and residential burglary, during his hearing at the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Richard Franco, the man accused of stalking the star, was arrested after Berry’s security team caught him trespassing on the actresses’ property.
Judge Dennis Landin ordered Franco to return to court for a pre-trial hearing on Nov 28 ahead of a full trial which starts on Dec 20.
Franco, 27, is currently jailed on 150,000 dollars bail, Radar Online reported.
The ‘Monster’s Ball’ star was granted a temporary restraining order against Franco back in July.
