Music mogul Simon Cowell still pays his ex-girlfriends

London: Simon Cowell admits he still pays to his ex-girlfriends so that they can continue to enjoy a lavish lifestyle.

"You can`t have somebody in your life who`s become accustomed to a certain thing, and just because you don`t want to be in the relationship any more, now everything is cut off. It`s not alimony. It`s doing the right thing," thesun.co.uk quoted Cowell as saying. Cowell also admitted he had darker moods but said he would never take anti-depressants, claiming they "numb everything". Meanwhile, rumours were abuzz that Simon has called off his engagement with make-up artist Mezhgan Hussainy, however, his spokesperson Max Clifford denied it. IANS
