Mumbai: ‘Ready’ star Asin has rubbished rumours about her dating John Abraham. The two are shooting for Sajid Khan’s ‘Houseful2’ together.
While John’s much publicized break up with Bipasha Basu is a well known fact, reports indicated that Asin had also broken up with Neil Nitin Mukesh. Although Asin never confirmed her relationship with Neil, closeness to Salman was cited as one of the reasons for the break up.
As the Salman rumour died a natural death, reports of Asin and John growing fondness for each other started doing the rounds.
Speaking to a daily, the actress denied the news and said, "It`s ridiculous to put two and two together and assume that if two people are single and cordial at work, they are having a `scene`. John is one of my many co-actors on Sajid`s (director Sajid Khan) Housefull sequel."
The actress said that she is friendly with most of her co stars on the sets. "We`re a bunch of girls with loads of male co-actors. That`s no reason to say that I`m having an affair with all or any of them."
Asin said John is not the only male co-star whom she gets along with. Asin is on good terms with Riteish Deshmukh and Akshay Kumar who are also part of the film. "I`m friendly with all the actors on the sets. In fact, I`ve spent more time with Akshay (Kumar), Riteish (Deshmukh) and the Kapoor brothers (Rishi and Randhir),” insists Asin.
Point noted Asin.
