Mumbai: The Mumbai High Court has directed Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan to deposit 10 million rupees as pay-order to the court before the release of his upcoming film `RA.One`, in a case of copyright violation.
The petition was filed by television producer and writer Yash Patnaik, who claimed that the much-hyped film was his idea.
According to media reports, the division bench comprising Chief Justice Mohit Shah and Justice Roshan Dalvi said that if Khan failed to deposit the money by the stipulated date, then the movie would not release on the scheduled day. The final decision on the issue of copyright violation is still pending and important arguments would be discussed in due course of time. ANI
