Mumbai: If not actors, this time it’s bad weather that’s giving a harrowing time to Vipul Shah, who is shooting the last schedule of Akshay-Aishwarya starrer ‘Action Replayy’ in Manali. Buzz has it that with two consecutive landslides, the cast and crew of ‘Action Replayy’ is left stranded with nothing to do. Talking to a news daily, a source says, “As soon as the unit left for the location, which is near Rohtang Pass; the production crew almost got caught in a landslide. They immediately alerted the rest of the unit and an alternative location was selected.” However, as soon the crew reached the second shoot location, another landslide left them trapped. Finally, the Army had to be called to help the cast and crew of the flick. Explaining about the poor weather conditions in Manali that delayed the shoot of the film, a unit member of ‘Action Replayy’ said, “Because of the landslide, we have to track every day’s weather, assess the situation and only then plan the day. It’s when such things happen do you realise how small and helpless you are in front of Mother Nature’s wrath. But we are trying to work as best we can under the circumstances.” When contacted, Vipul Shah confirmed the news and said, “For the last two days, the weather has been absolutely unreliable and unpredictable. We are really thankful to the authorities for helping us out.”
