Dicaprio warned me against drugs: Zac Efron

London, April 14: "High School Musical" star Zac Efron says that Leonardo Dicaprio warned him against drugs and also said that if he wants to enjoy a lasting career in Hollywood he should stay away from the bad habit.

Efron met Dicaprio at a Los Angeles Lakers basketball game last year. Efron insists it was a valuable meeting because the "Titanic" star doled out indispensable advice about how to avoid the trappings of fame, reported contactmusic.com. "I thought I was going to ask him questions. He ended up asking me questions, and in that, he told me a lot. He said, `There`s one way that you can really mess this all up. Just do heroin. If you steer clear of that, the other obstacles you`ll be able to navigate.` And that makes sense," said Efron. The 21-year-old is taking heed of DiCaprio`s instruction, choosing to abstain from drugs and only drinking alcohol in private. IANS
