London: Kim Kardashian has stripped naked one more time for a raunchy photoshoot in the middle of the desert gracing white body paint covering her assets.

The American reality star will be seen in the next 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' episode posingnaked with white paint in the desert and saying that she accurately deals with the insecurities, the Mirror reported.

Kardashian also admitted that she has psoriasis because of which she doesn't feel uncomfortable, but before her sizzling shoots she lay out her insecuritiesand decides to do fun and artsy things without focusing on the flaws.
