Kim Kardashian makes first appearance post baby birth in LA

Washington: Kim Kardashian made her first appearance after giving birth to daughter North West, at an L.A. medical facility on Wednesday.

Sources revealed that the reality star and her beau Kanye West were seen at the medical facility with their new-born daughter, and all appeared happy and healthy, TMZ.com reported. Though the proud parents were seen smiling as they entered the doctor`s office, their daughter, who was carried by a nanny didn`t make an appearance. Kardashian was seen concealing her figure under a baggy button-down with another shirt tied around her waist. ANI
