Pierce Brosnan to miss Bond reunion at Oscars?

Los Angeles: Actor Pierce Brosnan has hinted that he may give a miss to the Bond reunion at the Oscars on February 24.

The Academy is paying tribute to the Bond franchise which completed 50 years. The ceremony is said to include all former Bond stars with Adele performing on her track from `Skyfall`, from the latest Bond film. The track is nominated in the best original song category. In a video posted by TMZ, Brosnan is asked if he will be joining the group and he replied, "Well, they`ll be missing one." When the photographer asks if it will be Sean Connery or himself who will be missing out, the actor just smiled and jumped into his car. Bond actors Daniel Craig, Sir Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton and George Lazenby are set to take to the stage at the star-studded ceremony. Connery, who was the first Bond, has been invited but is unlikely to attend the event. PTI
