Why gallant Shahid was sleepless in Mumbai!

Mumbai, July 12: While Shahid Kapur’s career has been steadily looking up and his succces bar is rising higher by the day, his winsome manners remain intact. Despite a busier schedule everyday, Shahid still surprises people with his generous-hearted and gallant gestures. His days start early and run late. Recently, while shooting for a magazine cover in Colaba, it was 2 am and was pouring cats and dogs outside. At pack-up time, two of his female team members found themselves without vehicles at that unearthly hour in the pouring rain 25 km from their home. Despite having slept only four hours the previous night, and shooting for nearly 14 hours that day, Shahid did not leave his team stranded. One of the girls escorted by the star said, “It’s no surprise that he took all the trouble to make sure his team reached home safe. Most stars would have just said bye and left, but not him.” Not only did he decide to take a detour and drop them home, he also drove amidst the flooding, thanks to high tide, just to make sure they reached home safe. Shahid’s beauty is not just skin-deep, but extends beyond the silver screen.
