Momsen shrugs off `dark` image

New York: Taylor Momsen thinks people get too worked up over her goth look. The 16-year-old ‘Gossip Girl’ star is often called dark, but she says: "Dark is a relative term."

Added Momsen in a recent interview: "It just depends on what you consider dark, you know? I think some people think I`m a Satan worshipper or something." Besides acting, Momsen is also the lead singer of a band called The Pretty Reckless, which will release its first EP next month on June 22. Momsen describes the music as heavy rock, and says listeners can expect to be "screamed at." Bureau Report
