Recipe: Chinese sichuan chicken

Ingredients:

5ml  Dark soy sauce    
25 ml refined sunflower oil
25 gms red chili whole paste
10 gms chopped ginger    
10 gms chopped garlic     
5 gms aromatic seasoning    
250 gms chicken breast pieces boneless     
10 gms chopped spring onions
    
Method:
        
In a round bottomed bowl mix soya sauce, red chili paste and aromatic seasoning powder. 
Add ginger, garlic and vegetable oil. Whisk lightly
Add chicken pieces and marinate for 30 minutes
Pierce pieces with a skewer and grill over a medium charcoal fire.
Serve hot sprinkled with chopped spring onions
