Watch: ‘Rudhramadevi’ 3D standy, miniature of arena set

Mumbai: Filmmaker Gunasekhar is gearing up to release his magnum opus – Rudhramadevi – this October! The film is believed to be India’s first historical stereoscopic 3D film. And after ‘Baahubali’, ‘Rudhramadevi’ will come as an icing on the cake for the moviegoers. Director Gunasekhar took to Twitter to share the 3D standy and miniature of arena set with his followers on Twitter.

The Epic drama features Anushka Shetty, Allu Arjun, Rana Daggubati, Vikramjeet Virk, Prakash Raj, Krishnam Raju, Nithya Menon, Baba Sehgal, Catherine Tresa and other character artists. Based on third century queen of the Kakatiya dynasty – Rudrama Devi, the film will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam besides Telugu. Legendary music director Ilaiyaraja has composed the soundtrack and background score while the costumes are by Neeta Lulla. The film is slated to release on October 9.
