He has a passion for collecting watches. His favourite brand is Longines.

His other interest is collecting pens — the actor owns over a thousand pens. Mont Blanc gifts AB a special pen every year on his birthday.

He is a foodie, but is extremely diet conscious. He is a complete veggie and loves the Italian cuisine at Mezzo Mezzo at J W Marriot Hotel.

Amitabh donates generously to organisations like PETA, Helpage, Cancer Association of India and the Red Cross.

He has been voted as “Hottest Vegetarian” by Peta twice.
