Surat: Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan promoted his upcoming film `Ra-One,` in Surat, saying it would be a wholesome family entertainer.

Pinning hopes on the superhero movie that has garnered high public expectations, Khan promised Ra-One would be an enjoyable family-flick. Highlighting similarities with the Hindu epic Ramayana, Khan said the plot of the movie essentially portrayed the battle between good and evil, albeit in an entertaining way. Besides Khan, Kareena Kapoor and actors Dalip Tahil, Satish Shah and Shahana Goswami also essay key roles in Ra.One. The action-packed science-fiction film, directed by Anubhav Sinha, is slated for October 26 release. ANI
