UPPGME-2016 result likely to be announced this weekend

New Delhi: The results for the Uttar Pradesh Post Graduate Medical Entrance Examination (UPPGMEE) 2016 are likely to be announced by the end of this week. Controller of exam AK Singh said, "Candidates may expect UPPGMEE result by this weekend."

The UPPGMEE-2016 was held for admission into specialty courses in the state medical colleges. 

Over 5,000 candidates had taken the exam, which was held by King George's Medical University for admission to 425 post graduate seats.

To make the exam free of imposters, a biometric system was introduced at the time of entrance exam. The data will be matched at the time of counselling for the admissions.
