Mumbai: Union Minister and Congress leader Milind Deora today congratulated Narendra Modi and said the Congress will "introspect and emerge stronger".

The Union Minister of State for Communication and Information technology is trailing by over one lakh votes from his Shiv Sena rival Arvind Sawant from Mumbai South parliamentary constituency.
