Headache is one of the most common complaints that people make and when it strikes, one has no choice. Headaches can be described as a muscular tension in the head, neck or shoulder. It is caused by wrong functioning or one can say congestion of the blood vessels that provide blood to the brain and nerves.

Loud noise: If one is exposed to loud or high-pitched noise for a long time, then it might cause severe headaches.
Caffeine: Consuming caffeine in a little amount is okay, but, if used excessively, caffeine can be too stimulating and cause anxiety and sleep problems, ultimately triggering a migraine.
