Pak warns India, says its army capable of responding to any aggression

New Delhi: A day after Indian Army carried out surgical strikes in Myanmar, Pakistan has warned India saying its Army is fully capable of responding to adventurism.

Interior Minister Nisar Khan said that Pakistan is not a country like Myanmar. "Pakistani armed forces are fully capable of responding to any aggression."

38 Northeast insurgents were killed and seven others injured, as per the latest reports about the surgical strike carried out by Army's special forces.

The plan for the first of its kind operation was chalked out hours after insurgents killed 18 soldiers in an ambush in Chandel area of Manipur on June 4 and got the clearance from Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the night of June 7, soon after his return from Bangladesh, said sources privy of the details.
