Rain, thundershowers likely in coastal Karnataka

Bengaluru: Rain and thundershowers would occur at several places in coastal Karnataka, officials from the meteorological department said on Wednesday.

Karnataka capital Bengaluru will experience a generally cloudy sky with light rain in some places on Wednesday.

The city experienced 2.9 mm rainfall on Tuesday, officials said.

The maximum temperature in Bengaluru would hover around 31 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature would be around 20 degrees Celsius, officials added.

On Tuesday, Bengaluru recorded a maximum temperature of 30.6 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was 20.2 degrees Celsius.

Relative humidity was 84 percent.
