Will see when the time comes: Raj Thackeray on alliance with Shiv Sena

Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on Monday said that the party will see about an alliance with Shiv Sena when the time comes.

Mumbai: Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray on Monday said that the party will see about an alliance with Shiv Sena when the time comes.

On being quizzed about the work of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said, “It is not correct to question Modi right now. He is yet to complete a term of five years.”

Raj further said that Modi implemented several central schemes successfully in Gujarat without any help from the UPA government.

“For this reason, I think that a national party should function at the Centre while a regional one should be at power in the state,” he added while talking to reporters at a press conference.

Raj denied targeting any section of society and said that people know whom to vote for.
