Ayodhya case: HC to hear revision petitions

Lucknow, Dec 08: The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court will hear revision
petitions by Union Minister Murli Manohar Joshi and six others against the September 19 order of the special Rae Bareli Court in Ayodhya demolition case.

The Rae Bareli court while discharging Deputy Prime Minister L K Advani had ordered framing of charges against seven BJP and VHP leaders.
Besides Joshi, the six others are VHP leaders Ashok Singhal, Acharya Giriraj Kishore, Vishnu Hari Dalmia and Sadhvi Rithambhra, and BJP leaders Vinay Katiyar and Uma
Bharti.

All the seven have moved the high court seeking stay on
proceedings of the Rae Bareli Court.
