New Delhi: The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is developing a satellite tracking and data reception station and a data processing facility in Vietnam for use of Asean member countries, the government said on Thursday.

"Ground facility is designed in such a way that it will not allow Indian data to be accessed and processed by the system," Singh added.
