Libya parliament `very unhappy` with UN-proposed peace deal

Tobruk: Libya`s internationally recognised parliament is "very unhappy" over a UN-proposed peace deal for the conflict-wracked North African state and has called its negotiators home for consultations, its spokesman said Tuesday.

Fradj Abou Hachem also said that anyone from the parliament`s delegation who attends planned talks with world powers in Berlin Wednesday would be doing so on a personal basis only.​
