Mahagathbandan has won in Bihar! Is Pakistan celebrating?

Islamabad: Election results have been declared for a state (Bihar) in India but what has that got to do with Pakistan? Nothing!

However, if we look at Twitter in Pakistan, the news if the top trend with the hashtag: #Bihar.

But why is Bihar trending in Pakistan, amid other trends like Wasim Akram, Shane Warne, Moin Khan etc.

“Crackers? Pakistan would care if any of this was about cricket. Otherwise a #Bihar loss or win for BJP is more imp to India than anyone else,” Pakistani senator Sherry Rehman tweeted.

Some Twitter users were seeing BJP's defeat in Bihar in the perspective of India-Pakistan ties.

Amir Matin wrote: “Bihar battle will decide whether Modi will prove to be a game changer in India-Pakistan issues or not.”

Naseem Zehra tweeted: Everyone who is in opposition to the BJP or RSS is being dubbed a Pakistani. This is not good politics."
