Xiaomi launches Redmi 10 Prime with 6000 mAh battery, 50 MP camera: Price, feature and specs

Redmi 10 Prime smartphone has been launched at a starting price of Rs 12,499 for the 4GB RAM and 64 GB storage model. The 6 GB RAM and 126 GB storage version is priced at about Rs 14,499.  

Redmi 10 Prime gets a 50MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP camera setup, which can be seen as a big upgrade from the Redmi 9 Prime smartphone, which sports a 13 MP primary shooter. 

 

In the front, you’ll get an 8MP selfie camera packed smartly within the front punch-hole of the smartphone.

Redmi 10 Prime, which packs a massive 6,000mAh battery, can last longer than the global Redmi 10 variant backed by a 5,000 mAh battery. The smartphone comes with an 18W charger and supports 9W reverse charging. 

The newly launched smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G88 processor, which is coupled with up to 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. Redmi 10 Prime runs on the MIUI 12.5 operating system which is based on Android 11. 

The Redmi 10 Prime smartphone will go on sale starting from September 7. Customers will be able to buy the device from Amazon, Mi.com, and Mi Home stores.
