On this day in 2013, Rohit Sharma smashed his maiden double ton in ODIs

On November 2, 2013 - Rohit Sharma scored his first ODI double century, smashing a breathtaking 209 against Australia at Bangalore. Rohit was the third Indian to reach the milestone - Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag had reached the mark earlier. This was Rohit's first of a record, three ODI double centuries.
