Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan team up for a film—Details inside

The iconic actors haven't united for a film since years.

New Delhi: Legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan and Bollywood's king, Shah Rukh Khan have teamed up for a project. The two actors have appeared in a number of films together such as Mohabbatein, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Veer Zara, and others. The iconic actors haven't come together for a film since years and as per the latest reports, the moment is finally here! SRK and Mr Bachchan have teamed up for a film. However, they will not be sharing the screen space.

As per reports, the film that brings the duo together is Sujoy Ghosh's crime thriller, 'Badla'. While Bachchan has the lead role in the film, SRK will be seen as one of the producers of the film. The film also stars Taapsee Pannu who previously shared screen space with Big B in 'Pink'.

Director Sujoy Ghosh told Mumbai Mirror- “When you get an actor like Amitabh Bachchan, half your battle is won as he’s every director’s delight and I’m extremely excited to direct him. Also, I have been trying to work with Taapsee for a while. This is the perfect story to collaborate with her on. My excitement is doubled now that the film is being produced by SRK. I couldn’t have asked for a better team and now it is time for work,” 

The shoot of 'Badla'commenced in Glasgow, Scotland last week.
